Exile

An official from Charm, a powerful mage of unspecified rank who appears as a surprisingly young man. Like most of the staff at Charm, he wears a brightly colored, "peacock-like" uniform of the sort designed by the Lady. He seems quietly competent.

Exile comes to Oar after it becomes apparent that the Silver Spike is there and that the sorcerers assigned to rebuild the city, Gossamer & Spidersilk, are instead scheming to acquire the Spike. He prepares a trap for the Limper, who also seeks the Spike. Exile works with Darling to fight off and destroy the Limper; however during the fight he is betrayed by Gossamer, who stabs him to death.
