Dwarves

Dwarves appear as short bearded humanoids. They have excellent night vision (better than Elves even) and are known for the quality of their metalcraft; Dwarvish weapons and arms are in high demand from the military. Few purebloods appear in the series but there are many breeds with Dwarvish blood, including Tilly Nooks. They are very long-lived.
