Bullock

An Inquisitor for the Custodians of the Dead in Juniper, Bullock is a tough, no-nonsense policeman with a dogged determination to get his man. He is originally from the Buskin, and so is one of the few Inquistors able to work effectively in the otherwise impenetrable slum. He actually pursues Raven south to bring him to justice for stealing bodies from the Catacombs, but is arrested. The Black Company frees him and Bullock joins them (unofficially), giving his life to take down the Limper; he cuts off most of the Limper's right arm.
