About the Author
From the "About the Author" page of the Garrett series:
Glen Cook was born in 1944 in New York City. He has lived in Columbus, Indiana; Rocklin, California; and Columbia, Missouri, where he attended the state university. He attended the Clarion Writers Workshop in 1970, where he met his wife, Carol. "Unlike most writers, I have not had strange jobs like chicken plucking and swamping out health bars. Only full-time employer I've ever had is General Motors; where I am currently doing assembly work in a light-duty-truck plant. Hobbies include stamp collecting and wishing my wife would let me bring home an electric guitar so my sons and I could terrorize the neighbors with our own home-grown head-banging rock and roll."
Other info:
Glen Cook currently makes his home in St. Louis, Missouri, a place which has inspired numerous references in his books. Each year, he is an honored guest of the Archon Science Fiction Convention in Collinsville, IL, which is just across the river from St. Louis. Glen can also be found selling his books at other conventions across the country. If are lucky enough to be at one, drop by - he's always happy to autograph his books for his fans!

About the Site
This wiki is dedicated to the fabulous author, Glen Cook, and the varied worlds he has created in his books. This wiki is intended to present itself as a reference guide, not a review site - so there will be spoilers. Not that it should detract from your enjoyment of the books - they're fabulous, even upon second, third ... tenth ... reading.
Each book series will have dedicated to it an index page with seperate articles for each book, character, and other topics - as well as general information about the world in which it takes place. Currently, much of the content is stub or placeholder articles. I'm adding content to it as I can. I'll need help with some sections, though, as there are many books on this list I haven't read yet.
